CATCHING UP

SORRY IT HAS BEEN SO LONG BUT MY NEW DAD THATS RIGHT I HAVE BEEN ADOPTED AND WILL BE STAYING HERE FOREVER NOW. HE HAS BEEN REAL BUSY HELPING OTHER FOSTERS AND FINDING THEM HOMES. MY LITTLE SISTER HANNA WENT TO HER FOREVER HOME ON WEDNESDAY AND I AM SO HAPPY FOR HER. BUT I WILL MISS HER. MY BROTHER LUCKY THE LAB IS GOING TO HIS FOREVER HOME TOMORROW WHICH IS REALLY GREAT FOR HIM BUT I WILL ALSO MISS HIM. AS FAR AS I GO I HAVE BEEN LEARNING TO WALK ON A LEASH AND IT IS GOING PRETTY GOOD. I JUST SMELL EVERYTHING AND WANT TO GET SEE WHAT IT IS SO IM LEARNING TO NOT PULL WHEN I AM ON MY LEASH. I ALSO LEARNED TO SIT WHEN MY DAD ASKS ME TO. I KNOW HOW TO DO THAT VERY WELL AND FOR SOME REASON IM LEARNING TO SHAKE HANDS AS WELL. I DO THAT ABOUT HALF THE TIME BUT WE ARE WORKING ON IT.

I REALLY NEED TO THANK A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT HELP ME FIND MY FOREVER HOME. THERE IS MS ALISON MS TARA AND MS DIANA WHO NEVER EVER GAVE UP ON ME AND KNEW THAT THIS DAY WOULD HAPPEN FOR ME.I AM VERY HAPPY I HAVE LOTS OF BROTHERS AND SISTERS AND I GET TO PLAY EVERYDAY WITH MY LITTLE SISTER LADY SHE IS VERY SWEET AND WE PLAY IN MY YARD EVERYDAY. I ALSO GET TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME WITH MY FOSTER SISTER ROSIE. ROSIE IS REALLY SWEET SHE HAS HAD A VERY ROUGH START TO LIFE BUT NOW SHE IS SO HAPPY AND HER ONLY WISH IS TO HAVE HER OWN FAMILY LIKE I DO NOW. SHE IS GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING HER FOSTERS HAVE DONE TO LET HER GET HEALTHY HAPPY AND TO BE ABLE TO TRUST AGAIN. SO IF YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO HELP HER FIND HER FOREVER HOME ASK THEM TO CONTACT MY NEW DAD.

JUST A COUPLE OTHER THINGS I WANTED TO TELL I HAVE DECIDED MY NEW FAVORITE FOOD IS GRILLED CHICKEN WE HAD IT FOR DINER THE OTHER NIGHT AND I GOT PLENTY OF BITES AND I THOUGHT IT WAS THE BEST. I ALSO HAVE LEARNED HOW TO GET AROUND MY NEW HOUSE WITHOUT HAVING SOMEONE TO HELP ME ALL THE TIME IT IS EASY FOR ME NOW OH YEA AND EVERYDAY WHEN I COME IN FROM PLAYING OUTSIDE I GET TO SIT BY MY NEW GRANDMA AND SHE FUSSES OVER ME AND PETS ME AND I SIT BESIDE HER FOR A VERY LONG TIME ITS GREAT.

I WANT YALL DO ME A FAVOR IF YOU COULD NEVER EVER GIVE UP WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR HEART SET ON SOMETHING. YOU SEE IF YOU TRULY BELIEVE IN WHAT YOU WANT IT WILL HAPPEN LOOK AT ME I NEVER GAVE UP AND THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER DOGS THAT MAY LOOK BETTER THAN ME BUT YOU CAN NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER ALWAYS THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY MAKE DECISION. WELL I AM NOW NOT JUST BUSTER I AM BUSTER WILLIAMS I REALLY LIKE THE SOUND OF THAT.

BUSTER IS DOING GREAT

HI EVERY ONE SORRY ITS BEEN A FEW DAYS BUT MY DAD HAS BEEN BUSY. HE DELIVERED 2 BABIES TO THEIR FOREVER HOMES ONE ON TUESDAY AND ONE ON WEDNESDAY. THEY WERE BOTH REALLY NICE I GOT TO MEET THEM. ONE WAS BIG AND ONE WAS A VERY SMALL BABY. THEY BOTH WENT TO GOOD HOMES YOU KNOW LIKE I HAVE NOW.

I WANT YALL TO KNOW THAT ITS GREAT HERE I GET LOTS OF ATTENTION GET TO GO OUTSIDE WHENEVER I WANT AND THEY HAVE A LOT OF GOOD FOOD HERE THAT I GET TO SAMPLE. WE HAD A FISH FRY THE OTHER NIGHT TURNS OUT I REALLY LIKE FISH WHO KNEW.

I HAVE ALSO LEARNED MY NEW HOME VERY WELL. I GET AROUND NOW JUST BY FOLLOWING MY DADS VOICE. WHEN MY DAD HAS TO LEAVE I GET OFF THE COUCH AND WAIT BY THE DOORWAY UNTIL HE GETS HOME. HE TELLS ME I DONT HAVE TO WAIT THERE BUT I DO ANYWAY CAUSE I MISS HIM.

I LAY BY HIM EVERY NIGHT AND HE PETS ME. TONIGHT WE ARE WATCHING THE FOOTBALL GAME AND JUST RELAXING. WE ARE HAVING SOMETHING CALLED A ROAST TONIGHT MY DAD SAYS I WILL LOVE IT. SO IM GONNA TAKE A NAP BEFORE THE GAME SO I BETTER GO FOR NOW.

LABOR DAY WEEKEND

WE had a great weekend so far. I found a new favorite thing. Its Steak and I love it. I also like it when everyone is home. I get lots of attention and get to go out in the yard with Nick. He is patient and helped me get around. I love my back yard its big and I get go where ever I want. I heard tonight we are having a fish fry. Looking forward to that so I can sample it. Anyway its been a week with my new family and its great I love it here and them. I get to sleep on the sectional with my dad and Rosie. Rosie is a foster here that was in pretty bad shape when she came with her daughter Ruby. Ruby found a forever home and Rosie is healthy and as happy as I am now. Hope she gets her home soon and its as good as the one I have. I also have a baby here named Hanna another foster she is 8 weeks old and sometimes she scares me a little cause she is so full of enrgy, but my dad is there and tells me its ok and picks Hanna up so I'm not scared. I like it here a lot. Well I have a busy afternoon planned a little snack then a nap. TTYS

Cook Out

Today I learned what a cook out is and I gotta tell ya its the best thing ever. I made lots of new friends and all they wanted to do is pet me and ya know what they do at cook outs they cook all kinds of meat. I got to sample burgers, hot dogs, sausages and a lot of other stuff. Everyone was so nice and so was I. They all said what a sweet face I have and how gentle I was. They  were amazed that I can go up and down the steps by the pool with just a little help from my dad. I hope they have a cookout everyday they are my new favorite thing. Right now I'm just relaxing and taking it easy. My dad says he gained 60 lbs cause I lay so close to him all the time. I can tell that my new family loves me very much and will take great care of me and ya know what that lets me sleep very sound at night. Well Im on the sectional snuggled up to dad and heading for a nap. TTYS

The Deck

We have had 2 busy days and I was tired last night so thats why no updates. Yesterday was a very good day. I was able to get up on the deck by the swimming pool and hang out with my family. There are 5 steps and I learned how to go up and down them. But I really liked laying on the deck and getting petted while my family was in the pool. It was a nice evening not to hot and yall know I love hanging around in the back yard sniffing all the great smells. Today I get to meet some more new friends at something called a cook out. My family mentioned that I would be getting treats called cheeseburgers nice right.

Another Great Day

Today was another fun day. I got to play outside in my backyard. I also let my dad know that I get along with all my new brothers and sisters. I really like Emma and Lady they are very sweet. Lady likes to run around and sometimes she will surprise me. I also let my new dad know that i really like sleeping with and not in the kennel. I think dad likes it as much as me . Oh yea I also learned how to get up and off the couch by myself I am so smart. Well i will talk to yall tomorrow. I have some serious snoring to do. Night

Just Buster

Today has been a relaxing day. My dad has taken me out many times to let me explore the back yard. Last night I decided that I really do not like sleeping in my kennel so I was able to convice my dad to let me sleep with him and it was great had my favorite blanket and I just snuggled in for a night filled with pleasant dreams.

Today when I was in the yard I met Lady again she is sweet girl but man does she have energy. She likes to run around and I like to just walk. She is a good girl though and we are now friends. So now I know Emma and Lady. Not sure if I told you but Emma is a very big Girl but she is also sweet and she is my friend now. I still have a few to meet Amos Raina and Otis. Otis is the biggest dog I have ever been near. I mean he is Giant but my dad keeps telling me he is a big baby and not to worry about meeting him or anything else.

Oh yea encase you didn't notice I really really like it here everyone pets me and pays a lot of attention to me its great.
